What is the recommended browser?
(1) 「この Google ユーザー アカウントでは、同時に実行中のスクリプトが多すぎます。」と表示される
The screen showed "There are too many scripts running simultaneously for this Google user account."
アクセスが大量に集中しているため、表示できないエラーが発生しています。しばらく時間を置いてから、アクセスが集中しない時間帯にアクセスしてください。
An access error has occurred due to the high volume of access to the form. Please wait for a while and try to access the form at a time when access is not concentrated.
(2) 「現在、ファイルを開くことができません。」と表示される
The screen showed "Sorry, unable to open the at this time."
この画面はDCメール以外のGoogleアカウント（@gmail.com等）にログインしている場合に表示されます。以下のいずれかの方法でアクセスしてください。
- 現在使用中のブラウザではなく、Googleアカウントにログインしていない別のブラウザを使用する
- 現在使用中のブラウザで、プライベートウィンドウ（※）を開いてアクセスする
（※）[Edge] , [Chrome] , [Safari] , [Firefox] - 現在使用中のブラウザで、すべてのGoogleアカウントをログアウトし、最初にDCメールで再ログインする
This screen will appear when you are logged in to a Google account other than DC Mail (such as @gmail.com). Please use one of the following methods to access the site.
- Use a different browser than the one you are currently using that is not signed in to your Google account.
- Open a private window (*) in the browser you are currently using to access the site.
（*）[Edge] , [Chrome] , [Safari] , [Firefox] - In your current browser, log out of all Google accounts and log back in with DC Mail for the first time.
(3) 「404. That’s an error.」と表示される
The screen showed "404. That’s an error."
この画面はDCメール以外のGoogleアカウント（@gmail.com等）にログインしている場合に表示されます。以下のいずれかの方法でアクセスしてください。
- 現在使用中のブラウザではなく、Googleアカウントにログインしていない別のブラウザを使用する
