Joint Education Program with European Universities

JEPEU (Joint Education Program with European Universities) will utilize the international university consortium T.I.M.E (Top Industrial Managers for Europe), of which Tohoku University is a member, to address the needs of master's degree students primarily in engineering/science through various combinations of programs including Credit Transfer Program programs, double degree programs and summer programs. Study and research supervision under JEPEU will be conducted in English.

Based on the “Inoue Plan 2007”, Tohoku University is seeking to contribute to the progress of human society as a world-class university. JEPEU is being utilized as a means to promote the internationalization of education.

Tohoku University's Educational Philosophy
